ID Pop Online is the online version of our popular pop-ups at Chelsea Market.

Will you be doing a regular pop up in the future?
Yes, we intend to pop up again in the future. When we are ready we will announce the dates on this website.

How many brands will you be showcasing at one time?
We will be showcasing 25-30 brands at one time on a rotating basis.

How often do you rotate brands?
We rotate every two or three weeks.

Are you accepting new brands?
Yes, we are accepting brands on a rolling basis. If you are interested, you can send a query email to info@idpopshop.com

Where do the items ship from?
Items ship from New York City unless indicated on the brand’s page.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally, but additional rates apply.

How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is always included in the price.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not. Shipping rates will vary.

What is the return policy?
We have a two-week return policy. Please see the Return Policy section in the footer for more information. Note: We are all independent brands and unfortunately we cannot match the return policy of big companies.
